Pros
Lots of work, never a dull moment. I learned a lot as I learn best by fire. I was appreciated with bonuses, I was respected as I grew among my coworkers, and I learned to wear many hats.
Cons
Promotions are reserved for the favorites. Favorites are hand picked at interview and promoted ahead of everyone who worked there for years. Management is unrealistic and doesn't listen to the analysts.
