Pros

No positive points come to mind. Not a good experience

Cons

A very bad working environment with an atrocious management team. Not a very safe place to work as customers can be quite abusive. Too much responsibility thrown on volunteers expected to basically do most of the work while the management does what they want which is basically nothing. Very poor conduct from the overall organisation Oxfam themselves. Only concerned with meeting sale targets, volunteers mean more or less nothing to them and get little or no benefits for giving their time volunteering in the organisation. No interest from the company whatsoever in dealing with complaints from volunteers.
