Pros

My pay was very good Very friendly people There are lots of policies that are very progressive The humanitarian and parliamentary work is very impressive and those teams work tirelessly

Cons

There is a pay disparity between the head office and the retail network. There is a large amount of middle-management and bureaucracy which can make things very slow. Was let down by the complaints process
