Pros

The staff is incredibly smart, talented and passionate about the mission of the organization. We manage to climb very high mountains despite the challenges, external and internal.

Cons

Senior management is out of touch and out of date. People are afraid to challenge leadership publicly because they (the staff) care so much about Oxfam and don't want to cause harm.
