Pros

Oxfam America is a very good place to work with a generally positive atmosphere. People really care about the company and work hard for its mission. It is one of the more financially stable non-profits. For a first time job out of college you can get some very positive skills that will help you in the future. Training is available in multiple areas free to the employee.

Cons

Salaries are below market and controlled for most employees through an union.
