Pros

Great ethics and morals, great place to work

Cons

too many meetings and while I was there there was a lack of identity, but the CEO was planning on making changes, both in terms of size and structure, and in terms of direction and focus.

Pros

It does exciting and interesting work.

Cons

Demotivated atmosphere due to restructure and changing external environment. People blame HR for everything they can't do. Doesn't encourage initiative. Some teams are cohesive but mine is not operated as a team.
