Pros

33 days annual leave. Some flexible working.

Cons

Bullying line managers who like to shout at you. No anti bullying policy. They won't listen unless you take out a formal grievance. Even then they'll close ranks. No support from the union or HR. Senior management denies bullying is an issue, and actually close rank to block complaints. Intense performances reviews, you end up being told you're not good enough every 12 months. Line managers don't approve legitimate expenses, leaving you out of pocket.
