Pros

It keeps you physically fit and it’s a social job and you get to meet new people all the time.

Cons

It’s a performance-based job, and if you go a week (or less) without performing to standard you’ll be let go.

great organization

Pros

it is amazing to work for an organization that aligns with your vision of the world, to have colleagues that believe in the same as you, fight for injustice in the work and... become additional family members!

Cons

salaries as low for the amount of work and passion that everyone puts in. many people had to leave the organization when they started a family, as there was no possibility of growing. If you have no debt, and come from a relatively wealthy family, then you can afford to work for your dream job.
