Pros

The volunteer teams are amazing,

Cons

Heavy workload, outdated technology, lack of support, responsible for H&S but not given the help or support needed, can't take holiday, long hours to get work completed, lack of understanding from above of what the job role is.

On a personal level there is care and support (eg with illness from line management)

Cons

Restructures almost constantly, redundancies every couple of years which stop work. Out of touch senior management. Poor pay and no pay progression
