Pros

Close knit, very hard working team that personally invest in the products. Easy to collaborate with developers and team managers/product owners. Any work/personal issues are easily resolved within the team - really surrounded by great people.

Cons

Higher management does not prioritise testing, so does not invest in it. Not much diversity in work content, as Oxfam is not a technical consultant, technology products are not their focus so there is not a large variety of technical work. Very slow return to office after the pandemic, I wouldn't recommend to anyone that enjoys in office/hybrid work.
