Very bad salary, banding is set so that they can only offer you the lower end of the bracket but entice you in with hopes of more

Staff were lovely, job was easy, hours were flexible

Cons

Little training offered, couldn't do returns or work the till properly due to my age (was 16), little help with difficult and violent customers
