      Oracle facilities ,Flexible timings if you are not in support,cab facility.Brand value.More extra curricular activities to have work life balance for people who are not in 24*7 support work.

      Cons based on the team which you are joining...In Oracle there is a team called Shared pool ,if you join in that team.u feel like u are in school...Team leads will behave that way...At that same time many more teams are very cool and U enjoy the MNC feel and brand value
