Pros

Nice facilities. Global environment (surely working with some in another part of the world). Great working team-mates. Good benefits.

Cons

In such a big company responsibility tends to be very distributed. As a corporation it may be too diplomatic and political in some ways. Technology changes tend to be very slow and job could result in dealing with a lot of legacy code to solve bugs.

Pros

Good benefits with decent compensation. Great work/life balance. Solid brand to represent.

Cons

This certainly varies across the organization but sometimes it seems favoritism often leads to promotions to those undeserving. Could stand to optimize internal processes more often as effectiveness and efficiency is seriously lacking in some of these areas.

Pros

This is a company where you have ths sky as a limit. You could position any initiative you want and launch them if it is good for business.

Cons

The latin american managers have a lack of leadership, they are chosen by technical expertise and empaty with the Directors, but not to engage and motivate employees.
