      Good engineering staff but very average management

      Pros

      I found that most of the engineers were smart and hardworking. Thy provide very good training @ oracle university. The benefits are really good.

      Cons

      The management is not good. The usually develop a product to throw that away and acquire another company. I think changing the directors, managers will really help making it a much better company.

      good facilities work life balance location is good, but the shift to yeshwantpur may or may not be a good sign.

      Cons

      No salary revisions since some time, may be recession effects growth is very HQ centric, forget about it in bangalore, unless your managerr is a well connected person

      Great work at home policy, and great projects made for a very happy work environment for me and most that I worked with.

      Cons

      Too much management overhead, and sometimes the direction was not clear, or changed while in the middle of a project.
