      not great for individual contirbutors, unless working in some very valueable product. mangers its great place to be in.

      Pros

      If you are in the top 10-30%, as an individual contributor, ora manger then its a good place to be in. As a manager its a great place to be in. work-life balance can be good.

      Cons

      No good salary hikes for individual contributors. will stagnate if working after some period of time. management does value employees any more. vertical hierarchy is not a good idea in india. Highly profit oriented not employee oriented.

      Pros

      good salary, boston area, good coworkers. Co-workers are very knowledgable and helpful. We work as a team most of the time.

      Cons

      long hours, multi tasking most of the time, should provide more training classes. Commute to Boston is very time consuming

      Pros

      Chance to work with top level talent across the board. Expanded it's portfolio where it is a major player in nearly every vertical, offering full stack of solutions from Applications down to back end systems (Middleware and DB) and now able to offer Sun hardware to run it all!

      Cons

      Salary increases are very hard to come by. Very discouraging to see new hires come in with higher level titles and higher base salaries with little to no experience with Oracle technologies while experienced workers have not received based salary raises for more than a few years.
