Pros

Good training ground, it's like you're getting paid while being honed and trained by the company. They're open for fresh grads no experience as long as you're willing to learn and a fast learner you can join the team. Performance based bonus per quarter

Cons

No annual salary increase Lowest salary in the market i think. Tendency, employees come and go once they gained the experience.

Pros

The best part was leaving that toxic place.

Cons

Bad and toxic atmosphere. Everything there you need to learn by yourself. They do not provide any training. Work there depends on your manager but if you are unlucky, it might be a nightmare. My manager was an alcoholic from Balkans who could not manage himself. There were always some problems, stupid jokes, no respect, discrimination, mobbing, etc. Everyone knew how he behaves but they turn a blind eye. Also I had to work like 16 hours on projects and I was paid only for 8 hours. It looked more like slavery. Highly not recommended.
