lay offs have been constant since November of 2022. Makes it hard to really trust upper management and what they tell you of the future of the business.

"Remote" your on job sites but not going to an office everyday. Left to your own devices. Make it happen mentality

Cons

Management has minimal experience in construction. Don't know the ins and outs of what makes a project click. Treat PMs almost like day care aged children. Lots of odd pep talks and over complicated attempts to implement technology into an industry that can run smoothly without further complicated and underthought tech processes
