Lack of job security Upper executives don't listen Management is either really nice or make you feel like you can be tossed to the wind They say you can move up and get you to do a lot of extra work then when promotion time comes suddenly they don't have it in the budget if you want a promotion get hired from the outside or have started with company when it opened.
