Became toxic fast

Pros

A lot of great people work here, and compensation is quite good.

Cons

-New 'leadership' is unpopular and seems to dislike their employees. -Huge turnover. Lots of people have left in the last few months, and probably a majority are looking for a new job elsewhere. -Over-reliance on AI. -Return to office on very short notice. This applies to people who were hired as remote workers all over the US, and then suddenly told to move or be fired. They were given 2 days to agree to move. -No sense of security. Most seem to feel that it's a matter of time before they're fired, laid off, or otherwise pushed out. -Morale is circling the drain.
