Pros

I have a very flexible schedule, I have a certain number of homes I need to go through a day and am able to do things like go to a doctors appointment in the middle of the day then finish up work when I get back. Handful of meetings a week as well as special projects to work on. My teammates are all extremely nice, I love my manager, my position is fully remote so I work from home. We have unlimited PTO, mostly paid health insurance, stocks (although I don't understand that part).

Cons

There have been a lack of basic things like cost of living raises in recent years, since the real estate industry has been volatile and the company has been affected by that, we have had one minor COL raise since 2022. It's not been that easy to get promoted or to move around to other positions in the company.
