Although, there are several changes that occur frequently, the vision for the company is transparent and the drive to improve is at the forefront of all decisions.

Cons

The changes also come with staff reductions and trial and error. This often affects the flow of work because once a good routine is formed it often must be adjusted to conform to the numerous changes. That can be frustrating.
