      Great for Benefits but also expect mass layoffs at any time

      Great Benefits, flexible, clearly outlined roles

      Cons

      Very quick to resort to mass layoffs. If their profits for the quarter fall, expect them to do mass layoffs - and it is not last in first out like they may expect you to believe. You can be excellent at your job and be let go. Rise up the ranks too fast and you will be demoted instead of laid off as well.
