Pros

It was somewhat flexible. But flexibility depended on the buyer and when they wanted to tour properties. As a TA, I was able to accept the showings I wanted and decline the ones that I couldn't do. The level of support from Opendoor was great.

Cons

Opendoor no longer ofers homebuying services. You were limited in the number of showings you could accept based on the market and demand. There were several times where I would not get a single request for a week or two. My market was brand new, and there was only one other TA in my area. But it never reached the level of providing a full time salary.

Terrible leadership and no direction. The CEO is a walking MBA textbook with no vision.
