Pros

Flexible hours, unlimited time off, Good for those who thrive in extreme startup chaos

Cons

Significant financial instability ("bleeding money") creates a high-pressure environment where leadership focuses more on what is going wrong than on how to fix it. There is zero team cohesion; it feels like every person for themselves. If you are looking for a stable "team" atmosphere, this isn't it.

Pros

We had a top tier IT team

Cons

The company was all PR. They'd say we're doing great and making progress yet here they were making secret RIFs. Several times the company were doing shady acts in the background.

Pros

A lot of smart people and an exciting mission. Lots of room for creativity, and you are enabled to experiment and find solutions. Fast moving.

Cons

Product support is not great. Things passed down are incomplete, and other are left to find ways to make it work.
