Great management from Associate mgrs to head Mgr. The actual real estate knowledge of Associate Mgrs and Regional Mgr is refreshing. Diversity of employees represented. Celebrated wins and accomplishments. Customer focused services available. Competitive pay. Team work focus for work/home life balance

Cons

Tooling has been a struggle to make procedures and work day easier and more productive. Different depts using different tooling to communicate to get a transaction done is rough.

I have worked with 2 teams, and I got the sense that the engineering practices there aren't good. It's smart people doing product-driven things, where engineering is not the focus: the product is.
