Pros

Design is empowered to have a voice, make a difference in planning, and have a robust design process that involves business, users, engineering. Coworkers in all roles are a very talented. Remote work is the norm and well supported with onsite meetups every 6 months. Interesting product that has the opportunity to change the market. Great mentorship, career advancement opportunities and pay.

Cons

Due to the challenging real estate landscape, leadership alters company strategy every few months, leading to drastic changes, and not enough time to have impact. Leadership has little experience in building digital product or services. Siloed efforts, teams, and strategies lead to conflicting or overly dependent roadmaps. Difficult to stay connected to India teams while collaborating on work.
