      Pros

      -You feel like your part of the Opendoor family, as soon as you walk thru the door. -Flexible schedule, team building, game nights. -Open floor plan, everyone is treated the same from high management to entry level employee's. -Advancement opportunities and management promotes it.

      Cons

      -Not much to say here, but we're pending a final home location for the Dallas team. We should have a final location later this year.

      Pros

      Able to make great money if you do not have or do not care about spending time with your family.

      Cons

      Admin is never held accountable for any mistakes they make. No communication within management. Too busy trying to figure out what they are doing to care about the employees not in management.
