      Pros

      The people are incredible to work with. The overall plan is to make customers want to work with us again so that requires creating positive experiences. There is a wonderful friendly atmosphere in all the offices and we work as a team. We are empowered to come up with creative solutions.

      Cons

      Everyone works at least a 50 hour work week.

      Pros

      Great culture, really feels like you are part of a family! Everyone also works very hard and collaborates well. Leadership takes every opportunity to make sure everyone's voice is heard and that everyone is working towards a common goal.
