The culture, leadership, and mission statement is phenomenal. I feel encouraged to promote and share new ideas, and I'm constantly supported to pursue big projects that may otherwise fall out of my "job description". The office is fantastic and I love the free-flowing nature of our space. Our company is very nimble with tech, another major bonus. Love coming to work. Th benefits are also great.

Cons

Not much. Clearer pathway for advancement, I suppose.

-Along with everyone else, work life balance can be challenging - office hours are often flexible, but you're expected to open up the laptop at home most nights. -Flexibility is key at Opendoor, lots of changes happening quickly. For the right person, it's amazing. For people who haven't worked at start ups, it can be challenging.
