- Very interesting modeling challenge - Top notch team. I learned so much from people here. - The team cares about empowering others. People are always to jump on a code review and you can always get people to do pair programming. - Very scrappy and pragmatic culture. - Great place to work if you care about grow in entrepreneurship. 5 ex-YC founders joined recently.

Cons

- The team grows really fast. I found I can't have a coffee date with every new team member anymore.

The culture is second to none. The people I have the pleasure of working with everyday are so much fun to work with. They truly are my second family. I believe in this product and everyone that is building the Opendoor experience for home buyers and sellers out there. I know that this is the way I'll buy a home and that my kids will buy homes as well. The training, the coaching and the mentorship I'm receiving is absolutely amazing too. I'm beyond excited

Cons

I really think educating, engaging and connecting with our customers for the long term investment is something we currently could improve upon. Specifically through campaigns and our social media.
