Pros

Company has no vision and clarity. CEO trusts every other person to make it profitable. Fist started with layoffs in US and then layed off entire India and ow hiring in poland. Weird

Cons

Constant waves of layoffs No company direction CTO and CEO are clueless what to do

Pros

Fully remote, allowing you to make California wages while living in a lower cost of living place. You'll work with and learn from seasoned tech industry folks from Uber, Amazon, and Meta

Cons

Company wants to be jack of all trades (meaning, lots of new unprofitable products), master at none. Since 2022 more and more of the company has been replaced by Indian contractors (HR, data engineering). And benefits have eroded, e.g. you need to pay to have a 401k now. The entire research data science team quit in summer of 2022.
