Every part of my job is a "Pro" The best things here will not come easy, there is a lot of hard work required, patience is a must and you have to be dedicated. The people you work alongside will inspire you and make it very easy to stay engaged. The fast paced environment ensures that stagnation won't be a concern.

Cons

Nothing is a "con" in my opinion. But... The role IS what YOU make it. High stress levels can leave you feeling drained

- challenged to learn quickly with a ton of smart people who work with you - the first to really disrupt the iBuyer space - great leadership team making the hard tradeoffs to help the company grow in a smart way

Cons

- execution on some key deliverables being slower than anticipated due to trying to balance acting still like a scrappy startup despite our size now

Great people to work with. Team Environment. Company has bi-weekly events to inform all the employees on what is going on in the company and where it is heading.

Cons

Start up company that does not have a clear map of how to get to where they think they want to go. They are building the plane as it flies.
