Pros

Flexible hours, Meals at the office + snacks, Diversity, good leadership, Transparency, great support and in-home people team, awesome vacation policy (and most great tech/startup benefits)... and they truly value openness. In fact I learned what it means to be open by working here

Cons

All the super fast growth cons like communication, constant re-organisation, sprints and other super long weeks

- One of the highest performing teams ever worked in - Clear company vision and love the mission - Solving real world complex problems and adding value to people's lives as opposed to designing pretty interfaces - Everyone's really smart and hard working - Growing at a slower pace than before but we're hiring in a much more thoughtful way - Can't imagine myself working anywhere else

Cons

Had some growing pains earlier this year when we grew really fast but things have settled down.
