Pros

nice communicate with team and cross functions

Cons

Like the other reviews said, no one cares doing the right thing. Only suck up mgr and do things quickly. Everything is quite messy and no ownerships, you might be blamed by upper-mgmt when they expect you to do work in unreasonable short peroid of time, even there is not document and no one you could ask. Code was a mess

Pros

Opendoor is a fantastic parent company to be a part of

Cons

The home loans division of Opendoor has been struggling for a long time and not a recommended place for seasoned loan officers. Comp, turn times, transparent communications are all major red flags and not at all in line with the vision that Opendoor is hoping to build into.

Pros

benefits and flexible schedule, work from home

Cons

Poor and disorganized leadership, no opportunities to grow, compensation was low, managers on the team took credit for others’ work and complaints to HR were ignored
