Pros

No pros at all. They give high salaries initially and then fire everyone shortly.

Cons

Company is not able to get business from last so many years. Due to this, there is so much instability( clear from the stock price) in the company.Every quarter their management changes and layoffs happen so frequently. They started ramping up in India as part of old CTO's strategy then she left and another one came in, and fired everyone in India including the MD of India. People's life and careers are a joke to them. There is no quality work except maintenance as they want to get business first instead of creating new features. DO NOT choose this company as this will be your life's biggest mistake.

Poorly run by very unqualified leaders. Lots of egos and decisions made by emotions. A lack of any structure with anything.
