Pros

- Teams are agile and you get to work on potential projects that have high visibility (even if impact isn't immediately realized) - Most of the managers I've worked with are really good folks who try their best to inspire and lead

Cons

- I've been through 4 re-orgs in the two and a half years I've been at the company. This means zero career progression and broken promises by 4 managers during my tenure. - People tend to get moved across teams and orgs regardless of their area of focus causing significant career instability and eventual termination during the next re-organization - Revolving door of senior leadership means shifts in focus every 6 months causing employee churn - Lack of vision under current macro conditions. Taking a look at the (now almost) penny stock prices while the rest of the market including other real estate businesses are staying afloat shows how out of touch and deluded the current leadership team is

Pros

They have great Free snacks and a ping pong table

Cons

I worked every weekend and put in overtime to help the company when they needed it. Then what happened- laid off while brand new employees, hired in a much lower salaries, were kept. Thier only goal is to penny pinch and profits over employees. I expressed lack of support from my manager. Manager did nothing but pushed that responsibility to another teammate.

Pros

Fully remote work for most roles, if not for all.

Cons

- Middle and upper management is bad - Subpar engineering talent, and looks to be getting worse every quarter - Too many internal politics, talk about vision but zero execution and changing priorities all the time
