The first few months are a bit of a challenge acclimating to the pace and requirements. I recommend offsetting this by planning your week for an hour or so on Sundays.

Pros

In general people are willing to jump in and help when needed. Innovative company always trying new things. Remote work for the most part.

Cons

Job requirements seemed to change weekly as well as the benchmarks which your performance is reviewed. Quickly became more of a processing job rather than utilizing knowledge and skill as a professional Realtor. Began to feel like you are just a number and there is no advancement possible from the AEP position.
