Pros

The company eliminated every single pro.

Cons

Constant layoffs and restructuring. No opportunity for growth because most positions have been eliminated. No clear direction whatsoever, from any level. Constant changes in expectations and processes, so many that it becomes almost impossible to do your job. A lot of employees forced to go into an office even if they were hired to work remote in a different state. Changes in compensation to the point where a lot of people don’t even know how much their actual salary is because it’s constantly under review. Very cliquey. Overall the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. I don’t see the company making it through the next 5 years.
