The mission of the Opendoor Company is to make the real estate industry user-friendly. Anyone can acquire or sell a home, just like any other internet transaction. Working for Opendoor gives me a lot of opportunities to experiment with various jobs and responsibilities. I learned to improve by 1% every day with Opendoor. a comfortable work-life balance and good pay. To participate in Opendoor, taking ownership is a requirement.

I would say, i'm loving it much to be a part at Opendoor and to work in this concern. It's a great honour that i got the opportunity to work at Opendoor as the work and people are very friendly. I learn new things each and every day which is added advantage. I would like to continue working at this company as long as i could.

Pros

Opendoor as a company is still growing which means there is room for growth in everything. So no need to worry about moving up the career ladder. Pay is little better than the market rate for the respective role. Work life balance is great at Opendoor. Most important thing in any company is your immediate supervisor. If you have a good manager who understands you then working in any company won't be stressful. Thankfully considerable number of manager are good ones. If you do your job properly then this is a great place to work at and there is no micro-management which is good.

Cons

Like I said it's still a growing company so there are some short comings too but it's bearable. Those are minor stuff which are negligible.
