Pros

I truly feel like what I do matters. The company vision aligns with my own core values and I truly feel that my work makes an impact. I work directly with customers and it feels good to identify customer pain points and provide a solution to them through the services Opendoor provides. I also feel that management (both direct and upper) gives us recognition, provides feedback, and supports our growth.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any!

Inaccurate job description during interview process. Poor work/life balance, especially for a remote position. Micromanagement.

Interesting work, good people & culture, opportunities for growth, & great benefits. Despite being recently laid off, would recommend Opendoor as a great place to work.

Cons

Change management is subpar & some of the junior leadership lacks awareness/capacity to lead. For a company that embraces and constantly goes through change, this can leave operators frustrated.
