Pros

- the company has a great-ish brand name - great product to work for - great pay and benefits - an awesome place to learn from peers and colleagues - the product has great distribution and partners, so it will last for as long as its legs can hold

Cons

- terrible culture disguised as "fast paced and overachieving" - the women executives (anyone who works at Booking Holdings will know who exactly who I'm talking about) have the tendency to pitch staff against each other, in hopes to build a competitive spirit and squeeze as much work out of these workers as possible. - horrible leadership, debby soo and amy wei are famous for playing favourites in any team, company and even country they're in. - major pro-Asian only, anti-everyone else sentiment amongst upper management behind closed doors. Diversity works both ways. - they are very good at managing up and covering themselves, they do not care about anyone working under them. - staff is there to make upper management look good, not necessarily for the good of Open Table as a company in itself. - if you're hardworking and love working long hours and weekends, then this place is for you

Pros

- IC’s are great - fun offsites - great industry

Cons

- waterfall process. Execs and management will tell you what to do, but then blame you if it doesn’t work out. No autonomy - working overtime seems like the expectation. - pay does not correlate with work and other competitors

Pros

Fully supportive team and onboarding infrastructure, clearly defined goals, strong leadership, powerful work ethic, and healthy culture. Most people have been working here ranging from 3-25+ years. I don't plan on leaving by choice ever.

Cons

It still feels like start-up sometimes, which I don't even think is a con
