Pros

Working at OpenTable means being part of a well-respected brand in the tech/hospitality industry. There’s a great mix of remote and in-office work, which supports a healthy work-life balance. You get the chance to connect with a wide variety of restaurants, which keeps things interesting and dynamic. The role is a solid opportunity for personal and professional growth, especially if you’re proactive.

Cons

Given the autonomy of the role and the hybrid setup, it can take a little longer than expected to bond with the team. That said, I come from a hospitality background where connection tends to happen instantly, so my expectations may have been a bit different.
