Pros

I'm actually a "boomerang", I worked for OpenTable for about 5 years before I decided to try out a new opportunity. After a year at another restaurant hospitality tech company, I came back to where I knew I was valued and where I felt like I belonged and heard. Amazing health benefits, accrued PTO, work from anywhere, supportive, agile leadership. There are many opportunities to work with other teams to help streamline processes, test out new tools, and help train new hires. My coworkers are literally my best friends, everyone is so cool and nice, and down to earth. They're also the smartest, hardest working people I know. When I go to offsites and our conference, I learn a ton from my coworkers, and always come back home excited to hit the field. I'm going to my first offsite since coming back to OpenTable and I'm straight up giddy to see everyone again.

Cons

It's been about 8 months since I've been back. With any company, there's always room for improvement, but the unique thing about OpenTable is their leadership actually listens to the field. There are definitely high goals here, across the board. From my experience, that's every company. Since my return, I've been able to meet my goals, which I attribute to OpenTable's amazing system and network of users that are helping support Restaurants during these tougher times. The team is also provided with all the tools we need to reach our goals (data, demo systems, collateral, best practices, competitive intel). During tough quarters, we are able to get creative, find new avenues, and rebound quickly. Leadership is taking amazing steps to revitalize our brand and system capabilities. Sometimes changes are hard, coupled with increasing goals and an immediate desire to grow, which led me to look elsewhere.. but sometimes it takes looking elsewhere to find your perspective again.

Pros

People is really friendly and helpful. Training and Trainers have been great. Leadership has been helpful and open.

Cons

Haven't found any cons just some point to mention on docebo that could improve from my point of view. - Sometimes the course duration aren't that accurate so you might think that ok i need 45 min for this course and because it has more like sub courses goes up to the double of time so gets a little hard to know the time you're going to be spending on the course. There's no way to go backwards and upwards in a video, or has some limitations, i understand it could be a matter of people don't just going to the end and finishing without seeing the videos, but sometimes you didn't get something or you could see the image or you were taking notes and something you didn't hear it and you can no go backwards or if you do you cannot forward to where you were in the video. But other than that courses and trainings have been great, never saw another company taking so much attention in trainings as OpenTable.
