Great coworkers, good mission, good exposure to leadership and you truly feel like you have an impact on the business. Everyone at the company rolls up their sleeves and no task is too small for anyone. Employees really value the #weteamup company value and it's appreciated. If you want to make a compelling change to the business, a good idea can spark that and you can see it through. If you're near an office, the community finds ways to get together to either volunteer, or celebrate the wins.

Cons

There's not really many. There is structure and process in place but some things could be refined but that's what makes it fun too (the fact that you can have a say and change things up).

I’ve been working at OpenTable for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. The company provides a flexible work environment, which has made balancing my responsibilities easier. The people here are fantastic—always willing to help and create a collaborative atmosphere. There’s plenty happening in terms of projects and growth, which keeps things exciting and provides opportunities to learn. Overall, I feel supported in my role, and I’m excited to continue growing with the team.
