      I think Ontop is a family, i love the environment. We have flexible remote working hours and the best of all a supportive global team.

      Ontop gives me the possibility to create what I dream

      Pros

      - Fully remote. You can work from wherever you like. - The discussions are not about the control, but how to materialize ideas. - In here I have seen the biggest growth potential in my entire career. - A meritocracy company.

      Cons

      You will have to work as a contractor. Total focus in results and OKR´s. In this company you will prioritize excecution over anything. All of the last 3 items I consider them good, but are not for everyone.
