Working at Ontop is the best experience for professionals that want to focus on creating real impact by decentralizing the way of work for everyone. Every part of the company has clear responsibilities and the trust between partners is unmatched. Everyone is entitled to their own time, as long as you are achieving your OKRs.

Cons

It may be difficult for some the idea of not getting to know your coworkers physically, just virtually, but is something that the company is working hard to achieve: real relationships through the virtual space.

Founders are absolutely genius, driven and big time role models. Nobody is measured by how much time they put into it, but by the output they are capable to create, At Ontop you feel trusted, empowered and big responsibility will be given to you, so in just one week you will get to grow what in another place might take you a whole month or quarter. This is a company driven by action, compensation is great (above average in most markets) and with a very lean & dynamic culture. Perfect for those intrepreneurs/entrepreneurs out there :)

Working for a start up in hyper growth might compromise a bit your "work-life". balance
