Pros

Dynamic environment to work in, great co-workers, and great place to interact with other people on a regular basis. Good.

Cons

Can be stressful at times especially when it gets really busy and customers are rude towards employees. Guess that is just nature of retail.

Pros

Great employee benefits, clothing discount at all Gap Inc. brands, discounts with major cell phone providers, discounts at Apple and Dell and more. Health care benefits and paid time off are exceptional for full time employees.

Cons

Not an EASEy place to work. You can drown in processes, forms and tracking sheets. Managers are encouraged to micromanage associates and fellow managers. Communication is abysmal between all levels of management and therefore between managers and associates. Simplicity and efficiency is lacking in nearly every aspect of the job requiring 10 steps when only 4 are needed.
