Pros

Co-workers are actually cool people. This the second Old Navy that I have worked at, I work also worked in Illinois, they were also very nice.

Cons

Every year they seem to really push the Old Navy card more and more. The corparate headquarters really needs to get feedback from management and associates in the stores get a better idea how to run these stores better. I really think that if they listened to the workforce in the stores they might get better insight to what does and doesn't sell well in the stores and how to keep employees somewhat happy. Instead of spending 42 million on new advertising with mannequins.

Pros

The discounts....because I didn't not really feel any sense of respect AT ALL!!!!

Cons

The seriousness of the job....there was really none. Som e bosses acted like kids. It's nice to be cool, but when you are sometimes out of line then many do not take you seriously.
