There are great manager training programs for recent and current college students. Benefits are offered for full-time employees. And a great discount at Banana Republic and Gap

Cons

Hours need to be more available.

discount is great! 50% at gap and banana and 25% at old navy! (10% clearance) and also the people are fun. mostly college/high school students.

Cons

It's a decent starter job but there is VERY LITTLE opportunity for advancement within the company. Raises are issued yearly, based on merit. Unfortunately, you have to have excelled in EVERY area to get a decent raise; example: my first year I got 10 cents. the second year I got 30 cents. Not so good. Also, the management pressures you to open old navy cards but don't offer any incentive other than the occasional gift card. to old navy. lame.
