Old navy has a lot of really friendly people who work there. The managers are 't too bad

Cons

Putting clothes away is a drag and sometimes customers are really mean at the register if their sale item doesnt show up.

Focus of praising and rewarding the hourly associates for an good well done with multiple tools like prizes, certificates and store leadership roles. The sense of family Old Navy creates in every store with numerous events held throughout the year, such as over-nighters, inventories, Halloween/Xmas season store changers. Corporates ability to get the job done in a time frame of which they promised.

Cons

Old Navy's ability to put everything under a microscope. Any type of success from individual stores requires investigations. LP ability to always focus internally for every issue.
